What data we process and why

  • Contact: your name, email address and message to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is the consent you give when submitting the form.
  • Quotes and meetings: your contact details and request; the quote form also asks for a telephone number and postcode. We use these details to handle your request and prepare a proposal, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Meetings are booked through Microsoft Bookings when you follow the booking link.
  • Operation and security: technical connection data, such as IP address, browser and server requests, to deliver the website, detect errors and prevent abuse. The basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. Cloudflare Turnstile analyses technical signals when verifying a submission to distinguish people from bots.
  • Analytics and advertising: only with your consent for each category, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity analyse visits and interactions, including heatmaps and session recordings, while Google Ads and Meta Pixel measure campaigns. See our cookie policy.

Required fields allow us to handle your request; without them we may be unable to respond. Do not include sensitive data in your message. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not use these forms for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Service providers and recipients

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Requests are sent through Resend to our team's mailboxes, daniel@ocelot.es, guillermo@ocelot.es and info@ocelot.es, managed in Microsoft 365. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the forms. These providers supply hosting, security, email delivery and email management services; your request is not published on the website.

See the information provided by Cloudflare, the Turnstile privacy notice, Resend and Microsoft. Cloudflare also explains how it processes signals to improve Turnstile under its own responsibility.

Booking, social media and external video links take you to third-party services with their own policies. Analytics and advertising providers are identified in our cookie policy. We may also disclose data where required by law.

International transfers

These providers' services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their data protection terms describe the applicable safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider and processing. You may request information about safeguards for the services we use at info@ocelot.es. See also the Resend data processing agreement and the Cloudflare agreement.

Retention

We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to respond and follow up. Where an enquiry leads to a contractual relationship, we retain the information needed to manage it and fulfil applicable legal obligations. Once the purpose ends, data that must be retained to address liabilities is restricted to that use for the applicable periods.

Cookie and browser preference lifetimes are detailed in the cookie policy; they are not the retention periods for emails or providers' reports. You may request deletion of your data or information about the retention applicable to your enquiry.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability by emailing info@ocelot.es. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. For cookies, use “Manage cookies” on this website. We will only request additional information to verify your identity where necessary.

If you believe processing infringes your rights, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
